Cherrypeak ("we," "us," or "our") developed the MemoAR mobile application (the "App"), which allows users to access phone photos and the camera for augmented reality (AR) experiences. Additionally, the App displays advertisements. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data and ensure your privacy while using the App.
1.1. Phone Photos: MemoAR may request access to your device's photos to enable you to use your existing images for AR experiences within the App. We do not upload or store any of your photos on our servers.
1.2. Camera: The App requires access to your device's camera to provide AR functionalities. The camera is used to capture real-time images for overlaying AR content on your screen.
2.1. No User Tracking: MemoAR does not employ any tracking technologies, cookies, or analytics tools that monitor your activities within the App or on your device.
2.2. No Personal Information: While MemoAR may access your device's photos and camera, we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or metadata associated with your photos.
2.3. Advertisements: The App displays advertisements from third-party advertising partners. These ads may be targeted based on your interactions with the App, but we do not share any personal information with advertisers.
MemoAR operates offline for the AR experiences. No data is uploaded or transmitted to external servers during the AR interactions.
MemoAR is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 years of age.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the integrity of the App and the data accessed by MemoAR. All processing occurs locally on your device, and no user data is transmitted outside the App.
