Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MemoAR mobile application ("App") operated by Cherrypeak ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. License to Use

1.1. License Grant: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

1.2. License Restrictions: You shall not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1. Subscription Options: The App offers free and paid subscription options:

• Free version: Available with limited features and advertisements
• Paid subscription: Available as monthly or annual subscription plans with full features and no advertisements

2.2. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's payment system and linked to your Apple ID. We do not collect or store your payment information.

2.3. Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.

2.4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies.

2.5. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
